GARHI KHUDA BAKHSH (Dunya News) – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has challenged his political opponents on Wednesday saying that the party would win General Elections 2018.
Former president Zardari and PPP chairman Bilawal delivered addresses in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh today in connection with 10th death anniversary of first woman prime minister of Pakistan Benazir Bhutto.
He branded Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan an ‘RO leader’ and asserted that the political party would win General Elections 2018.
In his speech today, Zardari said that the party would not side with backstabbers in coming elections. He said that late Benazir faced dictatorial forces with great courage and that she was an examplary leader.

PPP co-chairman said that he along with Bilawal is pushing ahead the agenda that late Benazir had pursued. Zardari said that Bilawal is the son of the nation and that daughters of PPP’s workers are daughters to him.
The PPP leader hailed politics of founder of the party Zulfikar Ali Bhutto by saying that there are going to be many leaders like Zardari but Bhutto is going to be the constant that the party would have.
Zardari instructed the workers that the party should not be pushed into any kind of war but taken ahead safe and secured.
He said that his political opponents sob in jails if put in one and that they should do to PPP what they can endure. Zardari said that leaders formed by ROs are rotten eggs of conspiratory elements.
Zardari said that no one would tolerate double standards in the country from now on.
On the ocassion, Bilawal said that he does not refer to December 27 as late Benazir’s death anniversary but Youm-e-Shahadat.
Bilawal claimed that Benazir was punished for fighting dictatorial forces, invariably supporting democracy and raising her voice for the suppressed section of the society.
