Summary Federal Law Minister Babar Awan said that caretaker government would be established in December 2012 which will hold general elections on time. He said that president Zardari will address the joint session of the Parliament this month.
Addressing a seminar in Islamabad, Awan said that election reforms process has been completed by 60 percent and women would have freedom to cast their votes. He said that parliamentary years of the National Assembly and Senate have been ended and president Zardari fulfilling the constitutional requirement will address the joint sitting of the parliament this month.
