Summary Nawaz holds that Registrar objections are without rationale as per law
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – PML-N Chairman Nawaz Sharif has filed an appeal against Supreme Court Registrar’s objection in NAB references unification case.
According to the details, Nawaz holds that Registrar’s objection that a petition cannot be filed against court’s ultimate verdict is without rationale as per the constitution of Pakistan.
Nawaz Sharif’s advocate reasoned that court can always reconsider on a verdict under the articles 184 (3) and 187 and thereby the objections are to be rejected.
