LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday has urged the opposition parties to prepare for General Elections 2018 while leaving aside politics of resistance.

He was talking to media after offering condolences to the relatives of deceased PML-N worker Baji Farkhanda in Akbari Mandi, Lahore.

“People like Tahirul Qadri come to Pakistan to play ‘dugdagi’. These people live in Canada and also have properties there. Everyone knows how the PAT leader talked about Pakistan’s constitution and democratic departments,” said Hamza.

He maintained that the government has public Model Town report and will prove their innocence in the court.

Hamza asserted that Zardari may have differences with PML-N but has to support the democratic process in the country.

Commenting on the rumor of conflict between him and Maryam Nawaz, the PML-N leader termed the statements false saying that these things are old and were also said in 1999.

Hamza argued that Nawaz Sharif was given the mandate to eliminate loadshedding and terrorism from the country but the opponents have made a spectacle of the country in front of other atomic powers.
