Summary KESC has increased the duration of loadshedding up to 6 hours daily for the domestic consumers.
According to KESC officials, limited gas supply by Sui Southern Company is the main reason of loadshedding. KESC is being provided 60mmcf gas nowadays. Four-hour loadshedding was being witnessed in industrial areas due to gas shortage which ended on Saturday and now loadshedding duration for domestic consumers has been increased.
