Summary ANP leaders have rejected the construction of police check posts in the colonies of Pakhtonkhaw and termed it a discriminatory decision.

They said that peace in Karachi would not be maintained without launching an unbiased operation. They argued that weapon trade would be banned in the city and an operation would be launched all the groups who are involved in criminal activities. On the other hand, the Karachi City District Government has announced to build 20 checkpoints for police and rangers on the Kati Pahari Road that connects North Nazim Abad with Orangi Town.According to the city government, the establishment of these checkpoints will be completed in three months and these posts will be helpful for maintaining peace in the area.
