ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) sought permission to reach the aircraft in which ex-PM Nawaz Sharif will return to Pakistan, sources revealed on Wednesday.
It was told that Nawaz Sharif is scheduled to return to his homeland on November 2 and his airplane will land in Islamabad airport. NAB officials may arrest the sacked premier if they are granted permission to reach the airplane.
Sources claimed that NAB could arrest Nawaz Sharif as in the case of Sharjeel Memon in which NAB officials along with members of security forces the PPP leader and former information minister in corruption references. The ex-PM will travel through PK-786 and his flight will reach the airport on Thursday at 8:55am.

He is to appear before accountability court on November 3 in the light of corruption references. On the other hand, Nawaz Sharif’s wife Kulsoom Nawaz has been re-admitted in the hospital for a second chemotherapy.
Accountability courts are proceeding the hearings with regard to NAB references against Nawaz Sharif on the directions of Supreme Court who ousted the former premier in its landmark verdict. Nawaz Sharif has filed another appeal to challenge the references in Supreme Court. NAB is currently pursuing four references regarding corruption against the Sharif family.
