Summary Major (retd) Amir criticised the move in parliament to amend Khatm-e-Nubuwwat clause
SWABI (Dunya News) – Major (retd) Amir said on Saturday that those politicians who oppose merger of Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are in fact busy filling their pockets.
While addressing to a three-day gathering organised by Jamaat-e-Ishaat-e-Tauheed Wa Sunnah, he criticised the act in parliament to amend Khatm-e-Nabuwwat clause in nomination papers. He asked why anyone couldn’t figure it out within two days.
Maj. Amir called those who oppose FATA merger in KP corrupt and self-centred. The event was attended by Sheikh ul Quraan Maulana Muhammad Tayyab, KP CM Pervez Khattak, Maulana Samiul Haq and other religious scholars.
A large number of people attended the occasion and supported the cause and rights of FATA locals.
