Summary Zaman Town Police Inspector Shah Nawaz submitted investigation report in the court of Judicial Magistrate, East Karachi, regarding the involvement of an infant boy in a murder case, Dunya News reported.
Sardar Shabrez Khan, lawyer of one-year-old Raees Hussain, also appeared before the court when Inspector Shah Nawaz presented the investigation report.According to the police report, Raees, an accused nominated in FIR was just one-year-old boy and the court was requested to declare the case as ‘C’ class.Judicial Magistrate Muhammad Akhtar remarked that the court will decide the matter after the statement of investigation officer and arguments of lawyers of both parties.
