Summary Special judge central Rawalpindi accepted the bail before arrest application of former religious affairs minister Hamid Saeed Kazmi till February 28 against the surety bonds of Rs 100,000.
The judge also ordered the FIA to produce the complete record of the case at the next hearing, February 28. The FIA official told the court that the interim challan of the case was prepared and would be submitted at the next hearing.Earlier, the federal investigation agency got the arrest warrant for the former minster from the Islamabad civil court. Kazmi resorted to the Islamabad high court to get the bail and the IHC had directed him to recourse the trial court.
