KARACHI (Dunya News) – Crackdown against criminal elements continues in Karachi as 20 suspects were taken into custody during police search operation in Gulistan-e-Johar area on Thursday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, a heavy contingent of police cordoned off the residential apartments of Rabia City area of Gulistan-e-Johar and sealed all the entry and exit points of the area.
Police sources said that the search operation was launch on intelligence report that criminal elements were present in the area.
Police conducted house-to-house search during which 20 suspects were arrested. The arrested persons were shifted to some undisclosed location for further investigation.
