Summary Main accused of NICL fraud case Moonis Elahi, son of former Punjab CM, is likely to reach Pakistan soon. FIA has also alerted the immigration officials on all airports to arrest him after his return from UK.
Moonis was involved in the NICL fraud case and received Rs 26 crore. Red warrants were issued for Moonis Elahi to the FIA in National Insurance Company Limited (NICL). The name of Moonis Elahi was also enlisted on the Exit Control List (ECL) on the directives of the apex court. Three other main accused — Mohsin Habib Warraich, Amin Qasim Dada and Javed Syed — are still at large. Habibullah Warriach was granted bail by the court.
