Summary Munir Hussain Shah who has been kidnapped for about a month now is still missing. Family members and neighbors protest for no progress on his recovery by blocking road.
The protesters blocked Khokhar Chowk in Johar Town while protesting for the release of Munir Hussain Shah who was kidnapped about a month ago. The protesters chanted slogans against the kidnappers and the police for making no progress in the matter. They also demanded the release of Munir and asked for strict action to be taken against the culprits.The people in the protests said that the culprits belong to Sialkot and despite giving 15lakh ransom; they have not returned the Munir. The police have registered a case against them but have made no arrest so far.
