Summary The hearing on Benazir Bhutto murder case would be conducted todayAnti Terrorist Court Judge Rana Nisar will hear the case at Adiyala Jail Rawalpindi, Dunya News Reported.
During the last proceeding, the court issued non-bailable warrants against former president Pervez Musharraf and ordered to appear before the court.The government’s lawyer Chaudhry Zulfiqar submitted before the court that a questionnaire was moved toward the former president but he did not respond to it. Musharraf may be declared a proclaimed offender in case of his absence during the next hearing.The other accused of the case, former CP Rawalpindi Saud Aziz, including SP Khurram Shahzad, Aitzaz Shah, Sher Zaman, Rafaqat Hussain and Abdul Rashid will be convicted today by the court.
