Summary A smuggler killed in a gunbattle with Excise and Taxation Departments personals.
According to a official, a team of the department was on routine checking during the areas. The team stopped a truck, holding number LHB 1775, after the search the officials recovered a huge quantity of drugs worth of millions. The team also succeeded to arrest 3 culprits. He also said that when the team was brining the accused to the office, a smuggler stared firing. Due to cross fire a smuggler killed while two others were arrested by the department officials.
