Summary Lahore High Court rejected the writ petition of former PML-N MPA Shumaila Rana, seeking early decision of her writ of restoration of his position as MPA.
MPA Shumaila Rana was a member of Punjab Assembly reserved seat for women, resigned from her seat as he was involved in credit card theft in 2009. After quitting the case, the MPA moved a writ in Lahore High Court seeking the order of his restoration to the position. But the court has not decided the case yet while another writ petition was moved by her for the early decision of the case. On Friday, the LHC rejected her writ of early decision.
