Summary Corruption allegations of more than one crore rupees have been levelled against Gulalai.

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Member National Assembly (MNA) Ayesha Gulalai’s former secretary Noor Zaman has filed a corruption reference against her in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

Noor Zaman has stated in his reference that Gulalai took commissions worth more than one crore rupees from the development projects, and requested KP NAB to carry investigation against her.

He told that he went to the governor house thrice with MNA Gulalai, but was always stopped at the gate. He also admitted that he is not aware of the conversations that were conducted inside the house.

On the other hand, KP Inspector General of Police (IGP) Salah-ud-Din Khan Mehsud has told Dunya News that Ayesha Gulalai has not contacted the department for security.

“The security of every individual is our responsibility, Ayesha is a citizen of KP, and we shall provide her complete protection if she asks,” said the IGP.
