ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court on Thursday will resume the hearing of Imran Khan disqualification case today (Thursday).

A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar will conduct hearing over the plea of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Hanif Abbasi against Imran Khan’s foreign funding and offshore company.

Abbasi’s lawyer Akram Sheikh will continue his arguments in the hearing.

The petitioner has alleged that in his declaration of assets for tax year 2014, Imran Khan had willfully concealed his investment of Rs2.97 million to purchase a luxury apartment at Constitution Avenue’s Grand Hyatt locality in Islamabad.

Hanif Abbasi has claimed that Imran Khan concealed his financial assets and offshore company in nomination papers filed to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) for 2013 general elections.
