According to details, residents of Thoya Sael near Indus River protested against the delay of construction of Guide Embankment which was destroyed up to 1,500 feet by the devastating flood water of River Indus. This breach badly affected the residents and caused a big loss to their houses and property. The protesters chanted slogans against the government and demanded that the guide embankment must immediately be constructed.
