Summary Federal law minister Dr. Babur Awan said that Pervaz Musharrafs arrest warrant was issued by the court. We wont let anyone become a hero nor will we succumb to any pressure.
Dr. Babur Awan while addressing the Punjab Bar Council said that the 18th and the 19th amendments will not allow any dictatorship in the country. Now everyone will have to respect the court’s decisions. After the restoration of democracy the lawyers are not the enemies of the state and neither is the government against the lawyers.The Federal Law minister presented a check worth 1 crore 56 lakh to the Bar officials while he allotted 2 crore rupee fund for the formation of a hospital for the lawyers.
