Summary There was snowfall in the higher regions of the country and the lower regions were hit by rain. The temperatures in the country dropped bringing the cold back.
Nathia Gali and other higher altitude regions in the country had snowfall whereas Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Abbottabad, Lahore, Gojra, Melsi, Sakhar and other regions were hit by rain. Jaffarabad and other regions in Baluchistan also had severe rainfall.According to the Meteorological Department of Pakistan rain will continue in Lahore, Karachi, parts of Sindh and other flat regions in the country. Similarly snowfall is expected to continue in the high altitude regions. Due to the rain, the temperature in the lower altitude regions of Pakistan is between 8 to 14 degrees centigrade.
