Summary Mian Saqib Nisar said PTI should have appointed a new lawyer in the absence of Anwar Mansoor.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan has on Tuesday (today) summoned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan over his ineligibility case.
Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar gave his remarks that neither should Imran Khan tell us how to conduct the hearing of this case, nor is this the way to deal it.
CJP said Anwar Mansoor, Imran’s counsel, did not submit reply in the apex court before going abroad, and inquired that whether the case should be postponed on his request?
Mian Saqib Nisar remarked that PTI should have appointed a new lawyer in the absence of Anwar Mansoor to ensure the regular hearing of this case.
