The PIA management has announced a soft policy for the passengers affected by the 4-days strikes of its employees.According to the policy, it has been decided that change of booking charges, refund and no show charges will not be collected from the passengers whereas, passengers asking for refund will be provided the full amount without any deduction. This facility is for all domestic and international flights’ passengers.Moreover, it has also been announced that the passengers who do not claim refund, their old tickets will be valid for travelling and when they want, they can collect the full amount without any deduction.Meanwhile, the PIA management is making the arrangements of domestic and international flights according to the need and number of the passengers.
