Summary Shahid Gondal accused that the petition had been filed on the request of the PML-N

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) s lawyer in party funding case, Shahid Gondal has on Thursday raised objections over the petition against party funds being heard in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

PTI s counsel was of the opinion at the occasion that the petitioner, Hashim Ali Bhutta, is the son for Naseer Bhutta and who is the former MNA having allegiance with PML-N.

Shahid Gondal accused that the petition had been filed on the request of the PML-N on the basis of political victimization.

He went to reveal that Naseer Bhutta had also given a statement in favor of the ruling Sharif family in the hearing of the Hudaibiya Paper Mills Ltd case.

PTI s counsel also tried to make a point that the petition for disqualification of Imran Khan couldn’t be filed in the ECP.

"ECP should listen to the reservations of PTI," added Shahid Gondal.

Meanwhile, PTI Chief Imran Khan again failed to submit a reply in the case.
