Summary Downpour in Quetta and other parts of Baluchistan has decreased the temperature, whereas snowfall added insult to the injuries of the gas and electricity deprived people of Ziarat.
Continuous rains in various areas of Balochistan, including the capital Quetta, since last night has heightened the degree of cold in the region. Several roads in Quetta were inundated after the rain. Life cycle in Ziarat district was frozen as the snowfall piled up the difficulties of locals who were facing power outage for 22 hours and gas suspension for four days.Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted more rains and snowfall for 24 hours.
