Summary In a neighbouring village of Hujra Shah Muqeem, a cruel landlord destroyed 7 hectares of ripe wheat-crop of a local farmer.
Almost one year ago, a poor farmer Abdul Ghaffar took 7 hectares of land on contract from a local female resident Sarkaan Bibi. And after a few months, Sakaraan Bibi’s uncle Taj Sarwar was forcing Abdul Ghaffar to leave that land. When Abdul Ghaffar denied, Taj Sarwar came to the fields along with a gang of 30 to 40 men and destroyed all the ripe-wheat crop of the poor farmer. The helpless former can not even lodge a complaint against Taj Sarwar as he is an influential person.
