AJK Prime Minister Sardar Atiq Ahmad Khan said that the dialogues on official levels always fail and there is a dire need of starting the dialogue on public basis. He was addressing in a seminar organized by Azad Kashmir University Muzaffarabad.The topic of the seminar was Trade across the Line of Control-Problems and Solution.Talking to the participants, Atiq said that the bus service and trade across the Line OF control will strengthen the solution of Kashmir issue. He pointed that the dialogue on public basis should be started instead of result less dialogue on official basis. Addressing to the seminar, the trade experts said that a large 99% of Kashmir people is distanced from it due to the lack of facilities regarding the trade across the Line of Control.The traders’ representatives pointed that they have to face many difficulties due to lack of legislation about LOC trade. The trade unions of Kashmir demanded that they should be provided banking facilities to transfer money across the border and Kashmir should be declared Tax-Free Zone.
