The Chief Justice ordered t to present the documents relaxation in mining licence rules in Reko Dik Case.The CJ remarked that these areas are important from strategic point of view and the relevant departments should note that what is happening at the site.Lawyer of the Sanjrani Tribe Ahmad Raza Kasuri, presenting his arguments before the court, maintained that royaltyof the project should be provided to the Sanjrani Tribe and no contrsct should be entertained without the permission of the tribe. Kasuri said that plots or being designed on international basis.The Chief Justice, giving the ruling said that nobody can plot against Pakistan if we do not compromise the sovereignty of the country.The Court said that if the relaxation is given to Sanjrani tribe, then all other tribes will also demand the same.Justice Ramday remarked that Baloch are a self respected nation and the will never compromise the sovereignty of the country. The Court adjourned the hearing till Thursday.
