Summary Ten people died when a passenger van fell into a canal near Qadir Abad Headworks, the rescue team saved nine passengers.
According to the Mandi Bahauddin rescue in charge, the tie rod of the van was opened that caused the accident. Nineteen people were on board at the time of the accident. Rescue workers brought out all the dead bodies and six of them were identified. Sufyan, Rehmat Ali, Muhammad Sharif son of Tasawar Abbas, Ghulam Nabi, Rasheedah and Robi are among the dead. The rescue workers have saved Osama, Qasim, Sharif, Kosar Parveen, Anwari and Noreen, besides others.
