Summary The Lahore High Court adjourned the hearing of the petition filed against the Parliamentary Committee for Judges Appointment for indefinite period. The petition filed against the committee for not giving extension to the four ad hoc judges of the LHC.
The petitioner said in his petition that declining extension to judges on the basis of intelligence report was unconstitutional. The court was requested to restore the judges.
