The protestors gathered in front of the civil lines police station were baton charged by the police. The protesters left their cars at the Kachari Bazaar Chowk and made a run from the police.According to the spectators, the police arrested factory workers who had a brawl with the traffic warden on Jhang road. The police unilaterally started to arrest the laborers. According to the police the people arrested were involved in the fight with the traffic warden and the protest that took place had no logical reason.
