A 2-members bench headed by Justice Najam ul Hassa refused the hearing on Hamesh Khan’s bail appeal on Monday and moved the file to the Chief Justice of Lahore High Court.The Lawyer of the petitioner maintained before the court that Punjab government could not produced any evidence against Hamesh khan so that the bail should be granted to him, whereas ,the Bank of Punjab had submitted a 250 pages reply in the court blaming that Hamesh Kan was involved in Rs. 9 billion fraud and left the country. The court adjourned the hearing till indefinite period.
