Summary The widow of Fahim has been buried in Faisalabad, amid heavy contingents of police. Fahim was killed by a US citizen, Ramond Davis, in Lahore last week.
The burial was held in Gedaree village near chak Jhumran and heavy contingent of police were deployed there to ensure security. The funeral prayer will be offered after Zohar prayer.Fahims brother said that they will decide their future course of action after the post burial prayers for Fahim’s widow, adding that they were not approached by any government official for investigation. According to postmortem report, the poison was the cause of the death.In her statement to the police and doctors the deceased woman said that she decided to commit suicide when she felt that no progress was being made in her husband’s murder case.
