Summary Former CPO Saud Aziz and SP Khurram Shehzad of Benzairs Murder case are set to appear in court for their charge sheet. On 27th December 2007, Saud Aziz was appointed the head of security for Benazir Bhutto.
According to reports the charge sheet reveals that the security meeting held on 27, December 2007, in Irfan Elahi’s office, Zamurd Khan represented the party and appointed CPO Saud Aziz as head of Benazir’s Security.The charge sheet shows that due to specific reason, RPO Gujranwala Saud Aziz left his post to be appointed as CPO Rawalpindi. Even after Benazir Bhutto’s murder Saud Aziz was not removed his post so that the evidence could be removed which weakens the case.According to the FIA the charge sheet will be presented for both the police officers CPO Saud Aziz and SP Khurram Shehzad in court today.
