Summary Peoples party and MQM have agreed upon deploying executive magistracy system (EMS) in Sindh.
Under the EMS, price control and other institutions will remain under the order of Local government officers. EMS summery will be forwarded to CM Sindh, and after his recommendation, to the Center for final approval.A meeting presided by CM Sindh was held between PPP and MQM leaders in Karachi where MQM presented suggestions regarding EMS which were accepted by PPP.
