Summary Foreign Secretaries of Pakistan and India will meet today in Bhutan at 8:30pm, according to Pakistani time.Indian Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao said that talks between the two countries are necessary.
Foreign Secretaries of Pakistan and India will meet today in Bhutan.Talking to the media, on the occasion of SARC Foreign Secretaries’ Conference, Nirupama Rao said that both the countries have certain issues and Pak-India dialogue is necessary and must to resolve the disputed matters.She maintained that talks with Pakistan will continue open mindedly. This meeting is a positive move to further the peace process between the two countries.Pakistan’s Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir, talking to the media, said that the meeting with his counterpart will bear a positive response regarding the continuation of dialogue between both the countries and this is a step ahead to continue the process of peace talks.
