Summary A van plunged into a ravine in Battagram on Monday, killing at least four persons.
BATTAGRAM (Dunya News) – At least four people were killed when a passenger van plunged into a ravine near Kotke area in Battagram, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Monday, Dunya News reported
Ten other passengers were also wounded in the accident. The van was carrying a total number of 16 passengers. Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to District Hospital.
Rescue sources said that women and children were among the wounded passengers. According to van driver, the accident occurred after the brakes of the van failed.
