ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Daniyal Aziz on Thursday has challenged Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan to unveil the name of the man who offered him Rs 10 billion.
PML-N leader has also warned Khan to not take u-turn like he has taken in the past and make the name public who asked him to stay mum on Panama Leaks case over bribe money.
He said Imran Khan and Jehangir Tareen were the only two politicians who accepted their financial wrongdoings in written statements. He alleged Imran Khan was involved in tax evasion, misdeclaration of assets, whitening of black money while Jehangir Tareen committed insider trading and traded shares through his cook and gardener.
PML-N will bring both the PTI leaders before the courts for ultimate accountability, he added.
It is pertinent to mention here that Imran Khan alleged Shehbaz Sharif’s close ally of offering him Rs 10 billion bribe to stay silent on Panama Leaks case.
Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting said, “Imran Khan should tell the name of person if he has moral courage instead of talking unclearly. PTI started badmouthing in politics.”
On the other hand, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) also demanded proper investigation into PTI chief Imran Khan’s claim. Senator Saeed Ghani urged Imran Khan to disclose the name of the man who had offered him Rs10 billion to keep quiet over Panama Leaks case as it is not a small amount.
