Summary

The Sindh government has decided to axe 97 contractual officers appointed on key posts from grade 16-21, Dunya News reported on Friday. A summary has been sent to Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah in this regard. Department of Services and General Administration suggested to the provincial government to sent 97 officers packing before February 10. The axe may be fall on Secretary Law Ghulam Bani Shah, Additional IGP Akhtar Memon, five DIGs, Din Muhammad Baloch, Nadir Khoso, Akbar Bhangwar, Khurram Gulzar and Wahid while advisor to interior ministry Sharfud Din Memon; 5 advisors of grade-20 and other officials on important posts.
