ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - While addressing the inauguration ceremony of the 1,180 megawatt (MW) Bhikki Power Plant in Sheikhpura, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif expressed that we have completed a massive project in 18 months and it is unbelievable that we have done this.

He expressed that other projects in this country had been under construction for 30 years.

The prime minister also lambasted his opponents at the occasion as he professed that if they had worked with honesty, this country would have been successful today.

He went on to say that those who are responsible for load-shedding in the country are now announcing to hold protests.

Earlier PM Muhammad Nawaz Sharif inaugurated LNG-fueled Bhikki Power Plant of 1180 megawatts at Sheikhupura.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif mentioned about the development projects undertaken by the present government as he also criticised other parties for not doing enough for the masses.

The prime minister also questioned as why weren t the motorways ever expanded and why the infrastructure projects not started in the other provinces.

PM Nawaz Sharif severely criticized the role of past governments as he asked as to why the past governments didn’t do anything when they were in power.

The prime minister vowed at the occasion that the country will continue to prosper and that the children would get education regardless of their financial position.

PM Nawaz Sharif also expressed at the occasion that the opposition should stop with their lies and the blame game, otherwise they will have to pay the price continuously in the shape of losing again and again and that it will only be PML-N that will remain in the field.
