ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Former federal minister and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Arbab Alamgir Khan and his wife Asma Arbab will reach Islamabad from Dubai today (Saturday). The couple is facing National Accountability Bureau (NAB) inquiry on the charges of possessing assets beyond known sources of income.
The Islamabad High Court had granted protective bail to the ex-minister for communications Arbab Alamgir Khan and his wife Asma Arbab, who was an adviser to the prime minister on States and Frontier Regions (Safron) during the previous PPP government.
The court directed them to appear before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) inquiry within 48 hours after returning to Pakistan, failing which they would be arrested.
