KARACHI (Dunya News) – Local residents along with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers have demonstrated a protest against water shortage in Karachi today (Friday).
According to details, people living in Defence, Clifton and other adjoining areas have taken to the streets and chanted slogans against the district government.
They said that they are not getting water from past few days.
Earlier, electricity load shedding at Dhabeji station had defected one pump due to which dearth of 35 million gallon water emerged.
The residents of Shah Faisal Colony, Azeempura, Punjab Town, Green Town and other adjoining areas had arrived at water pumping station and started filling water.
