ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has imposed a ban on NADRA for renting new property and building for offices.
He let it be known that the action could lead to corruption and misappropriation and hence needed to be stopped.
Chaudhry Nisar directed the establishment of International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) Facilitation Cell in the interior ministry with technical support of National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).
As per details, a total of 70 INGOs have been granted approval under the new registration policy framework.
The interior minister also directed NADRA to start working on provision of new card to the foreigners who are married to Pakistani nationals so as to facilitate their residence within the country.
