Sindh CM announces strict measures to defy cheating in exams

Summary Murad Ali Shah expressed concerns on the rise of cheating in intermediate and secondary examination

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Murad Ali Shah on Friday announced to take strict measures to combat cheating in examination. He expressed concerns on the rise of cheating in intermediate and secondary examination.

Sindh CM met with the provincial Education Minister and seniors officers to discuss on how to conduct fair examination. He was told that the intermediate and matriculation exams will commence from March 25 and March 28, respectively.

Murad Ali Shah directed the officials to take strict action against those involved in misconduct during examination.

He asked to install jammers in examination halls to stop mobile phone usage and filing of cases against people who leak exam papers. “Rather than suspension, fire the staff members who facilitate cheating in exams”, he added.

CM Sindh will pay surprise visits to the examination halls in the shift hours. He appealed to the parents to stop their kids from such misconduct in order to secure their future. Murad Ali Shah will also write to the students  parents to advise them.
