KARACHI (Dunya News) - Seven persons were killed and 14 others were wounded in separate road accidents in different parts of Karachi on Sunday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, three labourers were killed when a speeding car hit their motorcycle at the Super Highway. The dead bodies of the deceased were shifted to Abbasi Shahid Hopital.
A truck collided with a motorcycle at the Hub River Road near Baldia, killing 28-year-old Khan Muhammad and 18-year-old Aqil on the spot. Rescue reached the spot and shifted the dead bodies to Civil Hospital.
Separately, a rashly driven car hit a motorcycle in Model Colony area, killing 20-year-old Zain. In yet another accident, an 11-year-old boy named Wasif was killed when a trailer collided with a car at the National Highway.
On the other hand, at least 14 persons including women and children were wounded when a rickshaw turned turtle in Hub Marble City area. Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the injured to Civil Hospital.
