Summary 1 week holidays announced in National College of Arts while checking in Punjab University hostels
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Owing to the security concerns, educational institutions are being closed on a temporary basis. National College of Arts (NCA) was closed on Friday for a week.
Three hostels were evacuated including those of boys and girls. The hostel students are facing trouble following the sudden decision taken by administration.
The educational activities will commence from March 6, according to the NCA spokesperson. However, the holidays can be exceeded if the security situation deteriorates.

On the other hand, police has started a search operation in the University of Punjab. Student IDs are being checked in the hostel area.
PU Hall Council stated that the decision to close or open the hostels will be taken after the consultation between administration and police. Police DIG Doctor Haider Ashraf told that no university administration has been told to evacuate the hostels.
