Summary Money laundering suspect model can now move outside the country
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court ruled in favor of model/singer Ayan Ali who can now move outside the country. The order to exclude her name for Exit Control List (ECL) was retained on Tuesday by the highest court.
Chief Justice of Supreme Court gave remarks that the detailed decision allowing the money laundering suspect to travel outside Pakistan will be issued today.
He asked the Additional Attorney General that if there is no stay order then why is Ayan Ali being stopped from moving outside.
During the proceeding of contempt of court plea by Ayan Ali, Justice Saqib Nisar stated that the appeal of Interior Ministry had already been dismissed and previous orders should be implemented. He made it clear that notice can be taken if the orders are violated.
