Summary PPP leader Shaukat Basra's injuries due to firing on his caravan have become a mystery
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Shaukat Basra had received some injuries apparently on Monday evening when his rally was shot at in Haroonabad. However, Basra’s injuries now seem to have changed positions, reported Dunya News.
According to the footage received yesterday after the attack on the PPP rally, Shaukat Basra was receiving treatment in a hospital and there was a bandage on his head. But today (Tuesday) the bandage was on the neck instead of the head when he was being treated at a hospital in Karachi.
PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had reportedly taken notice of the incident yesterday and he had called Basra to Karachi in a special flight. Special treatment then began in a Karachi hospital.
It was here that Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah went to see Shaukat Basra and came to know that the injured PPP leader did not have an injury in the head but in his neck and it was the neck now being treated.
Although it is good that Shaukat Basra is being treated at the hospital on the orders of his party leader but the common Pakistanis are confused about the body part where the injury actually is.
