Summary India's Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh spoke to reporters.
NEW DELHI (Daily Dunya) - India’s Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh once again threatened Pakistan with so-called ‘surgical strike’.
“Pakistan is our neighbouring country. If they correct themselves it will be good, but if some terror attack takes place, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be surgical strike in future. We don’t want, but if situation demands, there is no second way,” stated Rajnath Singh in an interview to CNN-News18.
Rajnath Singh called house arrest of Hafiz Saeed an eye wash. Singh said ‘if Pakistan is serious then Saeed must be charge-sheeted and put behind bars’.
While responding to a question, Singh claimed that China was not buttressing India’s stance due to interior problems but India would succeed in this regard in future.
Singh did not comment on recent US government’s travel ban on the citizens of seven countries–Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen–for 90 days saying it was a decision of sovereign nation.
In 2016, India fooled its nation by equating cross border firing on LoC with ‘surgical strike’ which brought sheer humiliation to Modi’s regime.
