Summary Lahore's anti-terror court acquitted 113 suspects in Joseph Colony case over inconclusive evidence

LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Anti-Terror Court (ATC) has on Saturday acquitted 113 suspects in Joseph Colony tragedy case over inconclusive evidence and testimony, reported Dunya News.

The lawyer of the suspects prayed before the court that there were neither any testimonies presented nor was there any evidence against the suspects.

The prosecutor said that the suspects had Joseph Colony on fire in 2013 and hundreds of people went homeless.

After listening to all the arguments, the court acquitted the suspects on the grounds of inconclusive evidence.
